About Us

We’ve been friends forever. Anita and Val went to High School together. Anita and Leslie have been friends since college. We all started golfing at different points in our lives and we all fell in love with the game. Golf has been an important tool in our careers, a source of stress relief and a lot of fun! 

In 2018 we became an official partner of the Advocates, Inc organization furthering their mission of bringing greater diversity in the game of golf.  In 2020, the amazing Pam Smith joined our executive team.  SheWhoGolfs is a dream come true for us. We invite you to support us in this empowering work.

Leslie Billinger

Leslie Billinger is Director of Shopper Marketing for Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Leslie has worked within the Coca-Cola Family of Companies in Sales and Marketing for over 20 years. She has held a variety of leadership positions with Coca-Cola North America, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Refreshments. Leslie has served on the board the Boys and Girls Club Venice CA for the past 11 years where she leads Board Governance. She also has served on the advisory board of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Los Angeles and was honored by WISE as a Women of Inspiration. Leslie is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Century City Chapter.

VICE PRESIDENT

Anita Castille

As Vice President, Human Resources, Anita Castille oversees both Global and Domestic HR activities for AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF).

Castille joined AHF in 2012. Passionate about her work with AHF, Anita continues to focus on getting the very best out of people while ensuring that organizational culture and practices are in no way disparate. She touts strong emphasis in employee and labor relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, change management, policies and procedures, compensation/benefits administration and affirmative action.

Prior to joining AHF, Anita was Managing Partner with Executive Focus, a HR Consulting Firm. She has also held leadership positions with Bank of America, Universal Music group and Primedia Publishing.

Ms. Castille holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the California State University at Long Beach and a Master’s in Business from Northrop University. She is an Advisory Board Member for the Brotherhood Crusade, Board Member Inglewood Educational Foundation, Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Associate Member of Jack and Jill of America Inc., and a member of the Inglewood Pacific Chapter of the LINKS Incorporated.

Executive Director

Valezra Earl

A Los Angeles native, Valezra spent her formative years in Inglewood, California. Her business background includes office management and Human Resource consulting. After raising her children (4) and becoming an empty nester, Val was looking for something to keep her active that she enjoyed and was fun. She began traveling and was also bitten by the golf bug. In 2018, she launched MakeupbyValezra, because she has such a passion for enhancing and bringing out the innate beauty of her clientele which consists of busy executives and women wanting to look their best for photo shoots or special occasions. Valezra served as Vice President for Black Women’s Network and continues to actively support several non-profit organizations.

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Pamela Smith

Pamela is a professionally trained television, commercial and theatre actress.  She has worked on multiple short films, professional stage readings and scenes, television productions and stage plays.  Pamela Established PRS Credentialing Services LLC in 2011 providing credentialing, privileging and interim medical staffing to hospitals and out-patient surgical centers.  Pamela is passionate about building positive business relationships, motivating, empowering and encouraging culturally diverse teams to exceed expectations.

 Pam is an active member of several organizations. These organizations include Women in Film, IMDB/Actors Access/Casting Frontier, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Association of Professional Women, International Association of Women, California Association Medical Staff Services (CAMSS), National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles, Los Angeles Sparks Organization (Ambassador), 2020 Women on Boards, LIFT Los Angeles.  Pam is also a youth Mentor at  Lincoln Memorial Church.  Pam loves to travel, spend time with family & friends, and golf.

Kathleen Bradley

Kathleen Bradley is a multi-talented  Actress, Singer,  Supermodel, Writer and humanitarian.  Kathleen made history as the first African American model on the "The Price Is Right“ where she performed for 10 years.  Kathleen has appeared in countless films and television shows.  A few of her many accomplishments include being crowned Miss Black California , Performing around the world  with the talented ladies of “The Love Machine” , feature film credits include Eddie Murphy's, “Harlem Nights”, and “Troop Beverly Hills”. Her most accomplished role to date was the lead role of Vashti, in the compelling movie “Perfume” written and directed by Dr. Roland Jefferson. One of her  most memorable characters was the sexy next-door neighbor, Miz Parker,  in the cult favorite  film, “Friday” (Executive producer/writer/actor Ice Cube and  Chris Tucker). 

Kathleen has worked diligently as Producer and Teen Talent Coordinator of Project Peace-16 Multi-Media Human Services, Inc. This non-profit organization provides a spectrum of National programming for TV shows, Commercials and Human Interest programs focusing on educating the youth of all races on the importance of human dignity, education, equal opportunity, and social-economic advancement.

Kathleen is an avid golfer and an supporter of hundreds of charity golf events.  Among her many golf related honors Kathleen was  awarded the Lottie B. Wilson Award in recognition for her exemplary services and support of the Omega Memorial Golf Tournament and Scholarship Fundraiser.


Avis Brown-Riley

Fourteen years ago, Avis began her fight against Breast Cancer. Thanks to divine intervention, she has been cancer-free for thirteen years. Her purpose now is to share her life journey and inspire others by promoting health awareness, healthy lifestyles, life skills, citizenship, and golf.

 Avis was introduced to golf by her father at the age of seven.  Throughout her junior years, Avis achieved numerous victories, including becoming the first African American to win the Junior World Golf Championship. She made history by winning the San Diego City Women’s Amateur Championship shortly after high school. Avis   attended United States International University on a golf scholarship and earned the title of rookie of the year based on her numerous collegiate tournament victories. 

After college, Avis pursued a professional golf career.  She won the Michelob Classic and competed in the United States Women’s Open. She made LPGA history, becoming the first African American female to play in the US Women & Sr. US Women Open. Avis is an inductee of the San Diego Hall of Champions and the African American Golfers Hall of Fame, where she serves as a Board Member, and a recipient of the PGA Heritage award.

 Avis has also impacted Corporate America in her career as an Operations Manager with FEDEX. In February 2018, Avis and her team published her first book:  Building of a Champion, How I became a Champion in Life: The Avis Brown-Riley Story. Avis is showcased in the USGA Golf Museum and her book is  on display at the USGA Golf Museum and Library. 

 In 2020, Avis achieved her dream and became an LPGA Class A Golf Professional and worked at the renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course.  After a 25-year break from competitive golf, she participated in the LPGA 2021 National Championship Senior’s Division, securing the 15th position. 

Avis has dedicated 25 years to coaching and teaching golf . Today, cancer-free for thirteen years, Avis and her brother, Gordon Jr., continue to build the ABR Golf brand with a mission to share the joy of golf with women and children around the world.

Eric Dickerson

Eric Dickerson is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League for 11 seasons. Eric holds the NFL's single-season rushing record with 2,105 yards, set in 1984. Dickerson was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1999. In 2019, he was named to the NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team. In 2013, Eric decided to join forces with Jason Hill and the Young Warriors team in an attempt to tackle one of America’s most devastating social issues -  fatherless children.

Antoinne L. Harris

Antoinne L Harris is a healthcare leader with over 19 years of experience leading teams and organizations through large strategic change initiatives and running ambulatory operations.  Currently, he is a division president at ChenMed responsible for delivering quality primary care to seniors across multiple regions and driving organizational growth.  Antoinne also teaches healthcare operations and analytics as an adjunct professor for the Masters in Health Administration program at the University of Southern California (USC).

His passion for engaging in the community is evident with his work to develop community and diversity programing and facilitating monetary donations that address social and health inequalities in the Los Angeles area.

Antoinne earned a bachelor of arts in psychology and a Master’s in Health Administration from USC.  He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.   

Originally from Henderson  NC, Antoinne spent his college and professional years in Los Angeles, He recently recently moved to Miami with his wife and 3 children.  Antoinne is passionate about community service.

Byron Scott

Byron Scott is a 3X NBA Champion, NBA Coach of Year, CEO of Primetime Basketball League, ESPN and ABC studio analyst and author of bestselling book Slam Dunk Success. Apart from his successful career in basketball and business, Byron is committed to the community and youth. His foundation, The Byron Scott Children’s Fund, has raised over $10 million for a variety of children’s charities.

Cole Smith

Cole retired after 30 years of service at Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon Company, where he held several senior-level finance managerial positions. He is currently consulting CFO for PRS Credentialing Services LLC as well as President-CEO of Sinclaire Property Investments. During his formative years, Cole served in the US Army as well as becoming an accomplished basketball player, having played in Europe and Germany. Additionally, he spent a brief stint interning for the Los Angeles Clippers Public Relations and Communications department. Cole has served on the board for the Lincoln Family Life Center (Los Angeles, CA), Board Treasurer for the Academy of Science and Engineering (Los Angeles), as well as Chairman of the Youth Motivation Task Force (Los Angeles/ Long Beach, CA.) He earned his B.S. in business administration and M.B.A (Finance) from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Charles Womack

Charles “Chip” Womack’s passion is golf. Chip has been playing golf for 26 years and has been a golf instructor for over 10 years. Chip has had the opportunity to play golf all over the world. He has played in prestigious events such as the Turkish Airline Open, SCGA and USGA events. With a handicap of 1.5 Chip is a formidable golfer and an amazing teacher.

Chief Instruction Consultant

Adrian Stills

Adrian Stills serves as the Advocates Pro Golf Association’s Tour Director of Player Development. Adrian has had the honor of playing on the PGA Tour in 1986 . He was the last African American to earn his PGA Tour card at Tour Qualifying School ( Q School). Adrian was a golf instructor at Grand Cypress Academy of Golf in Orlando Florida for 13 years. He is currently the General manager and Director of Golf at Osceola golf course in Pensacola Florida.

Advocates Foundation

The mission of the Advocates Foundation is to improve the health, wellness and career choices of young people, especially those of underrepresented diverse backgrounds.
